Fleet operations

The situation: Fleet, drivers, jobs and hours tracked in separate places, so nothing matched at the end of the month.
What we built: A web platform for dispatch and management plus iOS and Android apps for drivers, with live job and vehicle tracking and automatic reporting.
Today: A job is entered once and follows through to the monthly report. The platform became our product, Movilo.

02 · Medical technology

The situation: A slow, manual measurement step, performed by a specialist on every case, in the middle of an otherwise digital workflow.
What we built: An automated analysis pipeline from 3D scan to report, with segmentation, geometric measurement, and a review interface where the specialist checks and approves.
Today: The analysis runs automatically; the specialist reviews rather than measures.
