When there’s no orientation
Know where to start before you spend on it.
Two days in your company, then analysis, ending in a written roadmap of use cases ranked by value, feasibility and effort. You can act on it with us or without us.
Typical starting points
- Leadership is being asked “what’s our AI plan” and doesn’t have one.
- Several vendors have pitched, each for a different problem.
- A pilot ran last year and nobody can say what came of it.
What we build
- Day one: we sit with the people doing the work. Sales, operations, support, back office. We watch the working day, not the org chart.
- Day two: we look at the systems and the data. What’s in the ERP, what’s in spreadsheets, what’s in inboxes, and what would have to be connected.
- Analysis: every candidate use case is scored on value, feasibility and effort, with reasons, and the data and integration risks named.
What you get
- A written roadmap: prioritised use cases, what each needs, what each blocks on, and a recommended first step.
- A frank note on what not to do yet.
- A presentation to whoever decides, if you want one.
- This fits when
- you have 20 to 500 people and real operational data somewhere.
- It doesn’t fit when
- you already know exactly what you want built. Go straight to planning.
